Called with a leaking water heater and they were out next day to replace it. The office team that scheduled the estimate and appointment was super helpful and I was able to send pictures via text to speed up the process. The two gents that came out were very respectful and took exceptional care to keep our house clean. They did a great job and I’d highly recommend Polar Bear for plumbing repairs.

Polar Bear did a great job tuning up our furnace and AC so went our water heater went out we called them again. They were here quickly and provided options ranging from repair to different replacement options. We choose to replace the unit and they were back the next business day to get it installed. They were on time, communicated well, and restored our hot water.

"Honest, Knowledgeable, and Affordable"
My business partner recommended Polar Bear after we were told by another company that our heating unit was inoperable. That company gave us a quote for a new unit that we believed was high. Polar Bear inspected the unit, repaired it, and took care of our AC tune-up for a fraction of the cost we were anticipating. They’re knowledgeable, take their work very seriously, and don’t try to upsell; they just help you solve the issue. We’ll be calling them for all heating, AC, and plumbing tasks.

We had another great experience with Polar Bear PHA when we purchased and had them install a Cold Climate Heat Pump this week. Randy helped educate us on the benefits of the cold climate heat pumps and the incentives currently available that help make it affordable. Our installation team of Nate and Zach were professional and made us feel confident in their abilities. "Fast, Friendly, and Top-Notch Service"
Our old water tank failed right at the New Year’s holiday. I called first thing in the morning and the staff was amazing. I knew this was my emergency and not theirs, but they sent somebody out right away to give me a quote and answer all of my questions about the different options available. I went with the tankless option and was back up and running the next day. Everybody I dealt with was amazing and the work was top-notch. The price was hands down more than fair and they have earned another loyal customer!

Truly amazing - where to start?? The text I sent was immediately answered and Sarah was able to send a tech out within 45 minutes. I sent a message before 7am, so was surprised and thankful at the quick response. Nick knew exactly what the issue was and was able to give me a quote within 5 minutes of being here. He was able to pick up the parts, remove the old water heater and install the new before the morning was over. Have definitely found our new go to for plumbing and heating issues.

"Fast, Professional, and Reliable Service"
We had a large leak under the sink where the builder had failed to properly attach a piece of PVC pipe rendering the sink and dishwasher unusable. I called Sunday night and asked if a plumber could come fix the problem the next day and Polar Bear Plumbing sent a field tech and then their master plumber. The problem was completely fixed by mid afternoon Monday. Every employee I had contact with was professional, kind and efficient. I highly recommend this local Windsor company for their integrity and expertise. I could not be happier. The price was right too!!

We had a leak in our laundry room. Our technicians with Polar Bear came out twice (the first time they couldn’t locate the leak) and stayed over an hour both times running the washer through a cycle and assessing the leak. They were kind, respectful, and thorough, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Great service, easy to work with, & great communication. I used Polar when finishing my basement. They moved my plumbing rough-in for the original placement by the contractor was horrible. Additionally, they installed ventilation and plumbing for my wet bar. I will use Polar again. Great contractor who’s forward honest and willing to work with you.

The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My furnace stopped working and everyone from the receptionist to the repairmen kicked into gear to get my heat back on. Steve came out the same day and found the issue. He educated me on how the furnace worked and I appreciated that as I had just moved in. He even came back that evening with new space heaters to keep me warm for the night. My furnace was fixed the next day and Kaleb was so kind and professional. I picked this company because of their Google reviews and now I know why. I would highly recommend them. Thanks for the nice warm house 😁

I’m a value shopper. Doesn’t have to be the cheapest, but I have to see the value. And I ask tons of questions because I want to know! Polar Bear gave me the biggest bang for my buck in terms of equipment. Their people are pleasant to work with and they are super responsive when I had questions during my comparison to the competition. Their installers were also pleasant to work with and always put booties on when inside my home. They answered all my questions as they worked (I want to know what they’re doing and how things work). And when I’ve had questions after install they’ve continued to be super responsive. At this point I really have nothing but good things to say about Polar Bear.

Fantastic experience with Polar Bear Plumbing Heating and Air from start to finish. We just bought a house in the middle of summer with no AC. Tanya and Lindsey were super sweet and helped us schedule, reschedule, and reschedule an appointment while we were busy moving. Jeremy came in and helped me understand the process and explained everything in such a simple way that it was like talking to a buddy. The price was so good, I ended up asking to get my 40-year-old furnace replaced too. My last thank you is to the two gentlemen who came out to install everything. Kaleb and Aaron completed a masterpiece. They were so kind and professional. They listened to all of my questions and explained anything I didn't know. Again, absolutely beautiful work. Take a look for yourself. I have been told my entire life that you can have only 2 of 3: good quality, good price, done fast. They accomplished all 3 and proved that wrong. Professional and very quick to come give an estimate and complete our water main line replacement. Called day 1 and they came a couple hours later if that, and the job was finished middle of day 3. They did not push me purchase more than necessary which I appreciated.
