I’m a value shopper. It doesn’t have to be the cheapest, but I have to see the value. And I ask tons of questions because I want to know! Polar Bear gave me the biggest bang for my buck in terms of equipment. Their people are pleasant to work with, and they are super responsive when I had questions during my comparison to the competition. Their installers were also pleasant to work with and always put booties on when inside my home. They answered all my questions as they worked (I want to know what they’re doing and how things work). And when I’ve had questions after installation, they’ve continued to be super responsive. At this point, I really have nothing but good things to say about Polar Bear.

We needed to replace our entire aging HVAC system. Steve immediately spotted details about our ducting that we hadn't noticed before. He demonstrated patience and knowledge with my questions and numerous requests for new bids. After we finalized the system we wanted installed, the team worked meticulously installing a brand new system, focusing on our comfort during the process and even replacing a smart thermostat that shorted when being wired to the new system. We are very happy so far with the install and are now enjoying a better furnace, cleaner air, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that a major component in our home will be set for some time.
